Women's running shoe for orthotics? |
Question:
Any suggestions for womens running
shoe that will work with orthotics?
I have a norrow heel that makes finding
a decent shoe difficult.
Answer:
Check out the Adidas line of women's
shoes. If you are like me and have
narrow feet around the heels, womens
shoes can often prove to be a better
fit than mens. The only problem I
usually encounter is getting a size
thats large enough. Of course, due
to marketing they may come in pretty
colours (i.e. pastels or pink) but
after a few runs it makes no difference
as mud is always grey.
