Running the Disney Half Marathon |
Question:
I am running in the Disney Half Marathon
in January, any advice out there on
mileage, times, caloric intake, water,
all of the good stuff. Thanks

Will this be your first half? What
is your goal?
What kinds of racing have you been
doing over, say, the last 2 years?
Times for these? How much are you
running right now? I'd just like to
know a little more about your situation
before trying to answer.
Otherwise I might be tempted to say
something like:
Mileage: 13.1 miles
Time: Right now it's 11:13, but will
probably change soon
Caloric intake: enough to make sure
you finish without bonking
Water: A good idea
All of the good stuff: Great feelings
of accomplishment and dedication for
training for and completing a fun
race distance.
