I am in search of a pair of US flag
running shorts to wear in a 4th
of July race. Road Runner Sports
had some but they are sold out and
the local running store doesn't
have any. Does anybody know where
I can find some in time for the
race? I need ladies size medium.

by InSport for either $26 or $27.
I ran in a
pair of US Flag shorts when they
first came out in the late '70s.
A guy actually come up to me at
the start of a road race and cussed
at me for being un-American. Now
that we can burn the flag, I guess
it's ok to wear them.
My parents
just gave me a Reebok singlet/shorts
set that is covered in American
flags. I just moved to Canada and
I think they're trying to convince
me to come back (just kidding).
If I get in touch with my parents
in the next few days, I'll ask (but
they're on vacation, so who knows).
Maybe you could talk to a Reebok
rep or dealer and find out where
to get a pair.
