Question:
I am just starting to weight train
and beging a nutrition program.
I am taking creatine, Cytovol, betagen
and a meal replacement shake. I
weight 167lbs and stand 5'10 tall.
Any suggestions on building lean
body muscle? Also, any good to great
websites for nutrition/supplement
advice?
Answer:
Good thing you decided on working
out. You'll start feeling the difference
really soon and you'll feel much
better about yourself. I'm 5'9 and
before I started with the gym thing,
I weighed 140 lbs. NOw I'm 160 lbs
(almost). I've never taken any suppliments
or depended on brannds for my muscles
and I'll give you the same advice.
There's nothing like natural food.
Just take more proteins and vitamins
and vitamins and you'll not regret
it.
As a personal
trainer, I must let you know that
to gain lean body m you must intake
the proper amount of calories and
certainly protein. Protein shakes
help, however,
they always contain many extra additives
that your body naturally pisses
away. I would suggest HMB if your
trying to cut calories and stay
lean. This helps support the breakdown
of protein synthesis. Creatine is
considered a solid attribute as
along as you use it in moderation
and usually what the recommended
dosage on the label is really quite
higher then what your body actually
needs to get the effects. Keep working
out and getting ripped.
