Can anyone provide me some interesting

If you have
already done two triathlons of fair
length, then you must have SOME
ability in swimming, biking and
running. you are just looking for
a structured training program to
follow, right? i read several books
and looked at many magazines and
websites, and then created my own
customized program. i really needed
something that allowed me to fit
in "the rest of my life",
so i had to block out my time each
day of the week, including rest
days.
Being a runner
first, I run three times a week,
doing fartlek and tempo runs, and
occasionally some hills or a little
more distance. for race training,
i swim at least twice per week (currently
once per week, now that race season
is over here). i do that for about
an hour, first warming up, then
stroke count drills, then adding
speed, then a continuous long swim,
then some easy laps to cool down.
when it was race season, i cycled
at least twice (sometimes three
times) per week, for 40-60 min.
so i could manage sprint distance
races. i didn't go much beyond that
in training.
